Wire and cable composition
The structure of wire and cable products can be divided into four parts: conductor, insulation layer, shielding layer and sheath layer. Let’s talk about its conductors first. Its conductors are generally made of copper, aluminum, copper-clad steel, copper-clad aluminum and other non-ferrous metals with excellent electrical conductivity, and then wrap the outer periphery for electrical insulation. The component is then wrapped with a shielding layer to isolate the external magnetic field from the different wires inside the product, and then covered with a protective cover that protects the entire product.
